HAPPY NEW YEAR

Hiya all,

Happy new year to you all. hope your not all too hung over from all the celebrating last night. i didn't drink last night so I have a clear head.

So it's that time of year for new year new goals/aims/aspirations. I not going say resolutions because often resolutions get broken. The reason ebing resolutions are usually because we think we ought to be doing it not because we want to do it or committed to it. Habits we want change have come with a lot committmet to change them. A healthy lifestyle is not going be easy takes a lot of hard work and trial and error to get a formula that works for you and your life. We want build habits for life so we can continue we the healthy, fit happy perso we have blossomed into not just for a few weeks or months. Like I said it will take committment. I am not saying never to eat or drink your favourite things again because again that's not lifestyle change that is sustainable. What I am saying is find a winning formula of eating a routine of eating, exercising that you enjoy but is healthy and gets you what you want to achieve whether thats to lose a certain a cmount of weight, to tone up, drop sizes, become stronger, leaner, firmer or just for totaly wellbeing. yo need adapt it to your lifestyle but you need make changes in order change but baby steps make a big difference in the end.

First combat you eating then introduce exercise .

My goals for 2012 are to lose the rest my weight to get 9 stone. To be fitter, firmer , stronger than i am. To complete a 5k in 30 mins a 10k in 70 mins , complete the tri, climb snowdon, complete indoor rowing championship on 2000 metres in under 10 mins.

motivation

Motivation is what makes great people great.

Those who change the world are focused and driven. They have goals, desires, and ambitions and they fulfill them. People who change the world don’t harbor vague and indifferent feelings about their purpose in life – their purpose burns red hot inside them and they are compelled to follow through no matter what obstacles stand in their way. They understand what’s important to them, what brings meaning to their lives, and they dedicate life to chasing their dreams.

Motivation is a powerful driving force, but you have to learn how to use it, how to maintain it, and how to regain it when it wanes. The truth is, it can sometimes elude even the best of us. This is why it’s crucial to have some strategies in place so that you can quickly tap into what motivates you and use it as rocket fuel to get you started again.

Motivation isn’t the exclusive domain of the greats though, it’s available to each and everyone of u. It’s hard-wired into our brains as part of our survival instinct. Understanding that motivation is what drives our actions helps us to make the changes in our life that we desire.

There are lots of reasons why you might struggle to get motivated. It could be that you don’t know what motivates you. Maybe you’ve become stuck in a rut and you’ve forgotten what flips your switch? It could also be that there’s someone in your life who drains your motivation with their negativity. Whatever the case, you have to rekindle that switch and keep relighting it to stay focused on the result. have a game plan thats what i have had to do to lose 15 stone. I will continue to have to find new things that excite me and motivate me whether thats in weight, fitness , life , goals , career we have change bench marks to progress. keep the faith people!

clean 9

OK so I went from plateau to losing 20 pounds in 9 days!!! yes that is right who would have thought it. i struggled with this plateau for a few months I was even gaining weight again. So let me talk you through clean 9. lean is the system in which i used in order to get out of this plateau and let me tell you now it's the best result I have ever had. Even at 185KG my first week was not 20 pounds lol. It was not far off it was 17.5 but i was carrying around 50 pounds excess water i'd say so initially it would be water weight being lost not fat.

clean 9 is a weight loss system ( detox part) from Forever living! Now branded as choices. It is amazing really because it makes you feel so enegetic and clean inside after first 3 days. Day 2 is by far the hardest day but if you can get past days 1-2 you will go all the way because day 3 and 4 you wil feel amazing. You will have lost weight at this point and inches, be enegetic, full beans, really focused as seeing results. well thats what happened to me anyway. I would suggest doing day 1-2 on a non working day if possible or when you have a busy day so you dont have think about it. clean 9 consists of aloe vera gel, protein shakes, garcinia plus, bee pollen . days 1-2 is basically all the supplements and A POTEIN SHAKE in middle of the day at lunch along with other supplements. You probably think you will have no energy or be hungry. WRONG!! bee pollen makes sure you maintain energy whilst garcinia keeps hunger pangs at bay. Also garcinia makes you absorb all the nutrients after initial 2 days better. You won't beleive the energy levels you will have with clean 9. so days 3-9 you have an extra protein shake at breakfast tgeb a 600 calorie meal along side what you did days 1-2. But you can spread the 600 calories out throughout the day . What I did and it sure worked with 20 pounds off is:-

breakfast: aloe vera gel, 30g porridge made water and mixed the protein shake in porridge so that was 98 of the 600 calories used up, then bee pollen middle of day tgeb protein shake for lunch with all supplements and an apple or piece fruit another 50-80 cals, for dinner aloe vera etc along with either fish or chicken and steamed veggies. However you could have your 600 cals in the one meal and protein shakes for meals 1 and 2 your choice. It's just I am a gym addict so I found porridge in morning before i went gave me the energy i needed in order workout the same level i was used to. However i did 3-4 hours exercise days 1 day 2 off exercise as was hardest day but 3 onwards was back to normal 3-4 hours. So splitting meals up worked best for my lifestyle. You have find what works best for you. No caffine and alcohol is a must. drink 3-4 litres a day some days i had 5 litres. flush flush the system out!
plateau to 20 pounds off in 9 days says it all really though doesn't it! But you will all lose differently to me some may lose less maybe some of you may lose more it really depends on so many factors eg your lifestyle, how much your retaining by toxins etc but you will be leaner, cleaner and healthier . It's a good kickstart and come jan 2nd who won't need a good kickstart into a healthy lifestyle after over indulging christmas and new year.

if you have any questions just comment and will reply to them all in the following post:)
